Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We are at 698 Rutledge Ave across from Hampton Park! Follow us on Instagram for the latest news and events.

What’s on the menu at your coffee bar?

We work hard to make sure our coffee bar menu is carefully crafted yet approachable. We offer specialty coffee and espresso from Brandywine Coffee Roasters, one of the best roasters in the nation, organic and direct-sourced teas from Hugo Tea Co., and other high-quality beverage options. Our milk options are whole milk or oat milk.

We’ve been told our cold brew is “fire” and our chai is the “best in town.” Our flavor options are organic vanilla or local wildflower honey from Apis Mercantile.

We also offer a selection of seasonal baked goods and grab-n-go items.

What is your return policy?

Unused products and unworn apparel in mint condition may be returned at our Charleston store for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect items for any signs of use or wear.

If returning an online order, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email us at team@sightseeshop.com for return shipping instructions. Online returns typically take 3-5 days to process.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns/exchanges of apothecary, coffee beans, books/magazines, or gift cards.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday-Saturday, within 1-2 days of your order date.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you are local to Charleston, just select "Pickup at Sightsee (LOCALS ONLY)" from the shipping options at checkout. You can pick up online orders at our shop on Line Street during our business hours.

Are you accepting new brands to include in your shop?

We carefully curate travel-inspired items for our retail space and online store. If you think your brand would be a good addition to our lineup, please contact us through our submission form!

What's the deal with your mascot?

Our mascot, Coco, was inspired by a donkey we met during a cross-country road trip several years ago. The odd circumstances and wild beauty of our meeting came to represent adventure and exploration – in particular, being open to the unexpected and finding silver linings in even the strangest places.  Read all about Coco in our Journal.
